MOONCOOL Electric Bike for Adults, 700W Peak Power Cruiser Electric Bikes

Overall I like the bike. But giving a honest review. First of all, beautiful bike! The color is prettier than I thought it would be. It's got a pearl tint to it which really looks beautiful in the sun. The quality is better than I expected. Heavy but not too heavy. Solid. Rides good and pretty fast. I weigh 258 so I was concerned on how it would hold me and how the power would be. With PAS it glides easily. Goes up hills fine. I do find that I need to use the PAS for up larger hills. But I expected I would. A smaller person, it may do just fine. But overall, it does just fine. Weight limit on the bike says 350. I don't recommend weighing over 300 for this bike to run efficiently. I took a 5 miles trip and and used the throttle as well and my battery life did not drop at all. I did have a hard time with the handle bars. They kept moving on me. We tightened them as much as we could. So far, seemed to work. But took a few tries. Rear Tire leaks at valve stem. Within a few hours, will go flat. We tried to repair it but I may just need to replace the tube. Left the basket off. It attached to the frame of the bike. So when you turn, basket doesn't move with you and that seemed weird to me. I didn't like that at all. It made you feel like when you are turning, that you were still going straight? Threw me off and almost fell from thinking I wasn't turning the way I needed to go, feeling like I was about to hit the post in front of me. So that came back off just as fast as it went on. Which was disappointing bc i was happy it came with a basket. Tires definitely rub on the fenders (rear) even before anyone sits on it. The way it's attached to the bike, they can't be adjusted. Thinking of changing the tire to a smoother tire. The tires on it are thick and nubbie and there's just no give room. Instructions are a bit confusing. But came with all the tools to do the job. (pleasantly surprised) That's my honest review. For the money, it's a good buy. I don't regret it. It's a great first e bike purchase. And ladies, it's cute!!! Definitely catches your eye. Also, very fast shipping. I received my bike 3 days later.

EDIT: After contacting the seller directly, they figured out what the issue was with my bike and sent me a new part for free. It did take a while, but the issue has been resolved. It was outside the return time for the bike, but they still dealt with my issue and were very good to work with. I do love the bike, and now that the issue is resolved I am upping my review to four stars. Because of the user manual being very incomplete, I cannot give it five stars. While I really want to love this bike, the issue is the owner manual is very incomplete and trying to get help through the seller has been very frustrating and is still not resolved. Just know that if you run into issues, you are going to have a bear of a time getting them resolved. My first issue is using the display is not clearly communicated in the manual. It took me a week of back-and-forth to get an answer on how to turn on the front light. (There is no dedicated button, you need to press and hold the plus button.) I have still not gotten an answer on how to change the backlight display - I cannot read the display at all during the daytime because it is not bright enough, and I have not been able to figure out how to change that. The worst problem is that the assist/turbo/motor on the bike just stopped working one day. There is nothing in the manual on how to fix it and I have been going back-and-forth with the sellers. The communication is very slow and I still do not have an answer and the return window is closed on this bike that only has about 40 miles on it. I am super frustrated as I am missing out on group bike rides that I had planned on attending.

I live my new bike. It's my first e-bike, it has easy instructions. My husband and I put it together in a couple hours, we didn't have any problems. The paint is really pretty, some said it's soft and easily scratched. I haven't found that problem. It's way more lightweight than I expected. I found it to be easy to adjust the handle bars and seat. I feel it was a great deal for my first e-bike.

This is a great find! They’re not as heavy as most electric bikes. Rides smooth easy to put together.

Pay for assembly! I am very mechanically inclined and assembling this bike had me using all kinds of swear words!!!

Wonderful bike! The headlamp is a bit of an issue with the basket, but it is fixable My tire was flat after one ride and they sent me a new tire and tube. Great bike for the money!

So far so good. Received quickly and was able to put it together myself (no experience) with the user guide and You Tube video. It was very well packed. Took it for my first ride today and it was nice! My 1st time owning/riding an e-bike. I wish it was branded Mooncool instead of Eoyobike (which I’m not sure how to pronounce…). The bike came with all the tools and a few extras I did not expect. Overall I’m satisfied and might upgrade to 5 stars after having more riding experience.

I love riding my bike. It goes really fast when I need it to. The bike is beautiful. I love everything about it. The video that was available made it easy for me to assemble it. The build of the bike is strong. It took a minute for it to come as this was the second bike they sent me as the first bike got lost in transit and it was suppose to be here for Christmas. Nevertheless I finally got it and I love it.

Living my e-bike. I am short 5’2” and I bought the 24in. It is a great size for me. Love the basket and back rat trap! …oh and I so love the colour.
