Every few years, the Seisou Academy music competition offers students fame, fortune...and love? Every few years, the prestigious Seisou Academy holds a prominent musical competition, and only the very best students at the Academy are allowed to participate. Though all are eligible to apply, only students from the music department actually make it to the competition...until now. Kahoko may have a magic violin that gives her some technical ability, but the violin's true magic is only unlocked when Kahoko ""feels"" the music, something she's having trouble doing in the midst of all the new tension in her life. She's supposed to be getting to know her fellow competitors, but the first stage of the competition is coming soon, and she barely has time to pick her music, let alone make new friends. So why is she so drawn to her fellow Gen Ed student, Ryotaro...? Review: Five Stars - nice Review: Great action, and a cliffhanger - We see a little positive development in Len and Kahoko's relationship after she sticks up for him when some music school boys are trying to get him to drop out of the competition, although it seems he was doing well with his "wall of ice and "I don't care"" already. Not too many appearances from Yunoki-senpai, Hihara-senpai, or Keiichi-chan, but the action is building as the first round of the music contest begins. Also, Tsuchiura plays piano; who knew?
