What is the percentage of different grains ?

If you are searchong a good and healthy supplement, then go for it without any doubt, people who use it buy again and again, because they feel after use it, dont waste your time to searching grains preposition. It is only one thing in this price segment who makes your day healthy and energetic, i am using it more than 3 months, and i dont have any choice other than this.

I just use it with chilled milk as that gives it a crunchy feel. But you can have it with hot milk too.
