Is your cinnamon Ceylon cinnamon?

It's cassia, not ceylon. I prefer cassia. I can't even taste ceylon, it's too mild.

Will you ever carry Ceylon Cinnamon at Amazon?

McCormick branded cinnamon is cassia cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia). It is primarily imported from Indonesia and is the most common form of cinnamon in the United States. At this time, McCormick does not offer Ceylon Cinnamon. ~ Erica

What Are The Benefits Of Using This Product?

Hi there, We only promote the use of our products to enhance the flavor of foods. Cinnamon is a much more versatile spice than many might think. Sure, it lends a warm, sweet aroma and sunny character to everything from morning toast and cinnamon rolls to spiced cookies. But this earthy, mahogany-colored spice also has a savory side.
