This belt works great if you remember to put it on. What was nice about the product, is that the company that ultimately shipped it to me accidentally sent out a medium size, and I was looking for a small. Incidentally, they only sold mediums and larges at my local Babies R Us. The company was very nice about correcting the problem. But, alas, I only remembered to wear it a couple of times. That being said, it tended to get hot and itchy under there, and I wouldn't wear it directly against the skin, I always used an undershirt, and only wore it at work where I knew I'd be standing a lot.

Size is accurate, and it's great support, but my son is too low and forward for this to be comfortable for longer than 30 minutes or so. Also keep in mind if wearing over clothing, it will cover pants and probably the top of your underwear in the back, so it is difficult to go to the bathroom often unless worn under all clothing.
