This fits from size 16W to 24W The model in the picture is 5 ft. 7in size 16w.

Q: Is it sheer and/or shiny? Would i have to wear something under it?

The one I received wasn't sheer at all. I didn't wear anything under it other than black under garments. It fit amazing too.

Q: Anyone know if this fit a women 5'8" and 30 weeks pregnant?

The height shouldn't be a problem. this extra-large costume should fit a size 22 or 24.

Q: Does it include the collar and headpiece as well as the cross?

The costume includes the dress, habit (headpiece) and gloves. Cross not included
