Used this to make some confit potatoes, and they were delicious. It has an immense duck flavor. Although I have not tried another duck fat brand, I would highly recommend purchasing this set of 2. It's just as good as rendering the fat yourself!If you do buy it, just remember to shake it up or stir it well before use so it stays homogenous for cooking.

Great for cooking, especially on carnivore diet. I add it to any kind of meat, but the taste really enhances chicken.

Use this product to fry eggs,potatoes,and chicken cutlets breaded.

I’ve ordered this before and enjoyed the quality of the product. Be careful when handling the products as the lids do not come sealed, just screwed on. This makes it easy to have the jar seal break either in shipping or when unboxing. Once the jar is opened, it must be stored in the fridge.
