I purchased this waist trainer, because the two I purchased from different companies are two long. I needed a short torso, I was very happy with the other two brands, however they did not have the short torso. It fits very well and is comfortable. The most important thing is to purchase the correct size, do not purchase one too small nor too large. This trainer has better ventilation than the other two brands I purchased. The trainer is of very good quality and it provides the smooth look I want with certain garments. If you have any further questions, I will be very happy to respond to inquires.

Well it fit nicely and it made me have a slimmer tummy and hid the stomach pouch. Thing is it didn't look natural. It looked like my boobs and stomach were one it looked very odd. You could tell I was wearing something underneath. I was enjoying the flattening aspect but it's pointless if the overall look doesn't look natural. Maybe I needed a smaller size idk but it was tight just so much space at the top.

I was really excited about this product but on the first wear one of the hook and eye bent and I just fixed it with some pliers-but to be fair it may have been my fault for taking it off too roughly- the second time I wore it the boning poked out of the bottom and I had to keep pushing it back in and then one of the wires/boning bent and started stabbing me in the rib. I was surprised by these problems considering I have only worn this while I was standing and I actually think I got a size too big. When I first got it I was seriously considering buying the same waist trainer in a xxs but now I'm not so sure. But the price is great!

Very well made, the material is excellent, I am 5'7 and 140 pounds, mother of 4, my waist measures about 32in, the Large fits perfectly, on the first buckle. I first ordered the small because of some reviews, but had to return it, the process was extremely fast, and as soon as it was shipped, I received my refund and ordered the Large right away, 2 days later, I received the correct size. Just go one size smaller than the chart, I am a small to medium size shirts, but the I don't believe the M would have fitted. No complaints here.

I was so happy when I received this trainer back in February. Started wearing it in March. I should have gotten a smaller size. It was still comfortable sitting & walking in. Two months later on the last row. Super proud of that. So upset to see while walking doing cardio. Something started poking me in my lower back. It was the steel flexible rod ripped through the material. Highly disappointed. If the seller was to want & send a replacement. I still would try again.

I am 5'8ish and 140lbs. While it wasnt smart of me not to measure my waist for this product I ended up very lucky. I usually wear a medium in everything so I went with the Nude Medium and it fit beautifully. On the first set of hooks it fit very comfortably and it almost didnt feel like I was wearing a corset. I now wear it on the 3rd row of hooks and it definitely fits more like I believe it should have fit.Its tight enough to keep my posture straight and everything tucked in but I can still easily move around and breathe. It pretty much invisible under most of my clothes as well. I wear it for a few hours at work(since Im at a desk) and it does its job perfectly. Wouldnt try to do too much physical activity with it or wear it on bare skin in the heat because it will generate a bit a sweat. I only gave it 4 stars because now that Ive worn it a few times its started to loose its shape and isnt doing much for me in the training department. Still a great piece for posture and holding everything in place.

Even though some reviews said to go "bigger" or a "size up" I chose to stick with a Medium (my normal clothing size I am 5'5",130 pounds), and I was NOT disspointed. However, it was VERY tight and took about 5 minutes to put on, but to me it was worth it because it felt nice and snugg. If you want a super tight fit, go with your normal size, if you are looking for a good fit that doesnt take as long to put on, try a size up! GREAT material and worth the money.

This turned out way better than I was expecting! Some of these run $60+ so I was worried this might be cheap or subpar. I weigh about 167 and I'm 5'6" and a Large fit fine! It was on the most outter hook, but it wasn't uncomfortable or too snug. The material is interesting but I can see how it might get hot if you're wearing it outside. I just received it today after a quick, two-day shipping so I'm not sure about results yet. However, I'll be working at out my college's gym soon and with the help of this trainer, I'm hoping to see more curves!
