good joint protection
decent quality, provides good protection on the knees, works for yoga and pilates.

Don’t buy. Waste of money! Faulty.
I was so excited waiting for these and they turned out to be garbage. They are made of a product that has some kind of slippery oil in it so no matter how many times you wash them, they are slippery on every surface I tried them on. To make matters worse, i initially tried them on my laminate floor and where they touched the floor it is still slippery two weeks later even after washing floor. I almost wipe out daily. Very unhappy with this purchase but I threw out packaging never imagining this problem would occur. I’ve now found a lot of other warnings online about this product and people just toss them. Highly disappointed. Won’t buy anything from Gaiam again. (As it is a known problem, Gaiam should have recalled them).

Slippery but great
Makes a big difference for my knees! Very slippery if you’re coming from any angle besides straight down but I’m gonna add some little grippy pads to the back for that and it’ll be fine.
