Cool Mist Humidifier, 6L Ultrasonic Humidifiers with Filter, Adjustable Mist Levels, Essential Oil Tray, Waterless Auto Shut-off, 360 Deg Nozzles - Perfect for Home Bedroom Babyroom Office

I need a cool mist humidifier because my son was getting bloody noses and our pediatrician recommended that we purchase one soon. none of the local stores including walmart had much of a selection to choose from. I did a search here on amazon and this one come across my search result. the price is very beautiful and the capacity is very large.We are happy with this particular model. It is VERY quiet. The 6L or 1.18 gallons will last for 3 days in our experience on the lowest of three settings. On the second highest setting it will last is 2 day and on it's highest setting we get about a day. The cool mist is very visible and has done a fantastic job in helping my sons' bloody nose. we have not used the oil tray, so i can't speak on that part of the humidifier.I use water right from my kitchen sink( seller recommends distilled water) but i think is too expensive. I have been keeping an eye on the unit for any build up from using tap water, but so far so good. Cleaning is extremely easy.Overall i would highly recommend this particular model because it is very quiet and the cool mist even on its lowest setting, still puts out a lot.

This has to be the poorest engineered humidifier I'v ever used. Difficult to handle (no handle and awkward balance), difficult to fill (the top falls off when you pick it up to refill), So if you want to move it to fill it, or to move it to another room, it is hard to grip and out of balance. Not sure where all the positive reviews came from. Handling is almost as important as humidity output as you are handling it every day.

This is a nice, quiet unit. Disperses well. Easy to clean and maintain. Comes with extra filters. But, did you know that running a humidifier like this will turn the flame on your gas stove orange? I had it running upstairs in a closed bedroom, and my kitchen stove went crazy. Off to google! I read that this is caused by dispersed particulates from the (distilled) water burning in the flame. It supposedly doesn't affect the heat, but aerosolized particulates of what? I stopped using this humidifier for that reason.

I loved this at first but it has gotten louder as time goes by. It was too loud to even use last time I tried at night. It was just too much of a distraction. I am bummed it didn’t last long. I would still use during the day when I won’t be bothered by the noise. But at night I want it silent.

Bought this humidifier as a replacement for my broken,old unit.I have to say,what a great buy.The product runs very quietly,near silent.The only time you can hear is when it fills its water bay from the resevoi.and it has good output,and lasts 20 hours or more,depengding on what output level you put it on. If I put it at 3/4 of the full output,then it lasts about 24 hours,so that's usually houw i set it.To refill it,you lift off the entire top portion(the tank) and flip it over to unscrew a 3''cap for easy filling.It is easy to clean,which makes my life a lot easier.I also like that it runs for a few days on the tank,the last one I had I was having to refill daily.The only negatives are that removing the top panel to get to the handle.Perhaps I'm doing something wrong but I can't remove the lid and so I use a paper clip or something similiar to lift the fog dispenser(round thingy in the middle) and then lift off the black cover.Also,I was excited that this had a spot for essential oils but i can't smell the oil at all when I run it.As a work around,I bought an essential oil diffuser so that has been fine.Overall,I would recommend.

I received this product and I was very excited... There is a compartment inside with a bunch of tiny balls (I'm assuming water softener) and it was snapped off when I received it. So in the same compartment where the water goes, there were a bunch of tiny balls that were impossible to get out and went everywhere. I ordered a replacement product because besides this extremely annoying fact, it seemed to be a good humidifier. The replacement came exactly the same way. I don't know if it was just a bad batch or if it is an issue with the way they are shipped. Only giving two stars because of the ease of returning.

I got this as a replacement for a 4 month old humidifier that seized up due to using tap water. One of the things I like about this is that the cap has a built in charcoal filter, so that should never be an issue. The only things that I don't like are very minor. I wish I could turn off not just the blue water tank light but also the green on light (i like to sleep in perfect darkness). The other is I wish the oil defuser held more and the diffuser would last longer.But if you need/want a humidifier that can run at full blast and still be go'n in the morning you can't go wrong with this product.

This humidifier does not have a filter and it caused a thin layer of dust in our home. Neighbors had a humidifier with filter and did not have dust issue. We believe it caused issues with furnace collecting that dust. Never had our furnace shut down due to overheating before. Furnace filter was full of dust. Dust in home less now that we disposed of the humidifier.
