I have been using this electrolyte powder for a long time now in different flavours and I recently picked up the apricot flavour which tastes really good. This electrolytes by Humantra keeps me hydrated and feeling refreshed. Moreover it comes in different flavours so you have different options to choose from each. One of its flavour is amazing and really creative to taste. This powder is now a part of my daily life which ensures that I stay hydrated throughout specially in summers of Dubai.

Absolutely love this flavour… so glad it stayed! Highly recommend Humantra especially if you have a very active lifestyle. I have scales which show me water make up and it’s shot up into the green since using Humantra everyday. This and mango are the best flavours. Next day delivery what’s not to love.

My favorite brand of electrolytes as they do not taste artificial and don’t break a fast as they’re sugar free.

Love these, really feel they’ve made a difference to me in terms of hydration and the apricot flavour is my favourite it’s really drinkable! I can see a difference in my energy level when I drink them regularly vs when I don’t, so I do think for me they have been very effective. I like that they are single sachets it makes them really easy to use and they dissolve easily in water with a quick mix up or shake. Highly recommend trying and suggest giving it a month or two to evaluate the differences in how you feel in general as I noticed over time a general increase in how I felt!
