I’m a side sleeper, and I have shoulder/neck pain pretty much every evening after work. I had an impinged nerve in my shoulder that never healed… I’ve been trying to find a pillow that actually helps, I tried numerous companies with different price ranges. I was skeptical when I got this pillow. I arrived and I realized I never had a queen pillow before, so I needed a pillowcase for it, that’s fine, since you can always put a big pillowcase on a small pillow not the other way. So ok solved. I liked the idea that I could adjust it myself, but then it’s basically tiny pieces of memory foam inside which were falling out and I thought at first it was annoying. Actually it was extremely satisfying to touch them, but I could literally adjust the thickness and firmness of the pillow to my like! The crescent shape was weird and I couldn’t understand how to use it, but omg I think it’s my favorite pillow. I’m a side sleeper with dinosaur hands and constant neck problems. Those edges of the pillow keep my chin lifted which makes me clench less during sleep. I love that I could adjust it myself, yes it seems inconvenient at first, but man, I didn’t sleep through the night for almost a year until this pillow. It’s trial and error, but it’s definitely worth it! For this price, I was surprised with the quality of pillowcase, how much actual stuffing it has. You can make it fluffy, or sturdy up to you, there is enough of foam, and they include a bag with additional foam if it’s not enough. Just get it honestly, the worst thing is that you won’t sleep on this pillow, but the stuffing can be still utilized. I really think it’s worth a try, it’s not so expensive and not cool “will fix your spine and make you a super star” pillow, but I definitely feel like one after sleeping on it. Also for people with ADHD/ASD, it really helps me with my dinosaur hands, I somehow end up being relaxed all night and I even stopped grinding my teeth, which I thought would never happen. So far this pillow is a life saver for me

I had feather pillows as I like thin rather than bulky ,but woke up with neck and upper back pain . This side sleeper pillow is well made and you get extra filling if you need it harder . Instead of waking up during the night to adjust the feather ones , the curved shape of this keeps my head stable and I have slept un disturbed and far less pain in my neck and back. I did however take some of the memory foam out to fit my preference but it was easy to do . I love it wish I had bought one way before .

What you should know, is that I am so excited for this pillow, that I have only used it successfully for a nap, and I just gotta write a review already. I ought to sleep a full night on it first. But after just a short nap, after first putting all the stuffing in, and thinking oh god no. And then removing enough to fill the box it came in, and then having a nap. I was like. Oh. My. Effing. God. And I am dramatic and hypo manic. But if I werent, I would be saying the same thing. It is so good . I’ve never had a fancy pillow before. We get the ones from Costco usually in Canada, but they stopped selling those ones. So now we get the roots home ones from Costco, and those are big pancakes, am I right? I spent money buying those rotten Costco pillows, hated them, and got this. And im happy with it. Smells like it will give you cancer, but only for about five minutes. Then clean bamboo cotton feel and neutral smell. So good. And that is just the nap remember. I still have the full nights sleep. Do you want to talk about this pillow even more? Just some gossip? Sure ok. Well. I have it with me on the couch too. It’s heavier than normal pillow. But not super heavy. It is so bouncy. And so adjustable. It is what you want. The ratings on this are far best. Edit - ive slept on it now . A few observations, ; if you adjust the amount of stuffing, just one or two handfuls too much or too little will make it not right, you need to get the exact amount for you. And probably as the pillow arrives is about the level ive found right. And as for the cooling. My entire body is drenched in sweat when I wake up . So im not sure if I have body sickness problems or if some people just sweat when they sleep. So even my hair is wet in the morning, and so I don’t know how well the cooling works, but certainly it is voodoo magic feeling to the touch when you feel how cold it is. And you know the stuffing is all the same. So it is the material on surface that absorbs more heat like metal is cold to the touch even though room temp , and the heat dissipates in to the other places in the pillow? I might not be the best judge on that because a lot of us who are prisoners of war, as you know we’ve been invaded, and once we are placed on fhe Harry Truman tsdb, many people say we’re being constantly hit with dews from space. Which causes the Frey effect and Havana syndrome. That is hypothetical to me. But certainly being a prisoner of war is easier with this new pillow. It makes the nightmares turn into nice dreams instead. It’s probably good for women since it’s mostly them on the tsdb. And maybe im nuts, theres a guy named flesh simulator on YouTube who had someone he doesn’t know email him a pic of his front door. Hes on the tsdb too, and he shows how to make fray effect devices that are brief cased size. Lots of people say the popping in the ears is being microwaved by neighbours not space . And anywhere you go in the world, take your pillow. Because Truman show is worldwide now.

This pillow does everything in the description. Keeps face cool all night. No more sweat at night. I longer get woke up the shoulder pain or tingling in my hands. Very comfortable, I did not have to put anymore filling in it. I am a side sleeper, highly recommend.
