Reasonable priced and superb customer support. Genuine Windows 11 was provided. I planned to use the system with Linux but it came with MT7921 Wifi+BT which only supported Windows 11. I contacted the customer support and they were extremely helpful. I shipped the Wifi chip to them and they sent me back a RT8820BE chip which is supported out of the box in any modern 6.12+ kernel distros (Fedora, Arch even Debian Trixie). Just with the customer support I got I am very confident with the product and the brand. Excellent performance as expected from 6800H. It heats up quite a bit in gaming sessions but perfect for productivity. I did not notice any throttling though. All USB ports works and speed is as advertised.

Hardware is as per the description; however, the windows did not activate. The activation key was already used. Received a new key from seller when I informed the same but new key is also used one and windows again did not activate. Now waiting for return pickup. Whole experience was frustrating. Edit: finally activated after trying 3-4 keys. Return canceled.

This is completely rubbish product. Did not even last for a month.A new computer should last years, not one month. Due to hard disk failure and horrible customer service, I strongly do not recommend this product. Rating: -5/5 – Hard drive failed in one month and very poor customer service and replacement support.

I use this for photo editing and video editing. I use after effects, premier pro and photoshop to achieve this. I say, do not go by the size of the device. This is something which should be there since beginning of the cycle. I do not need large desktops, the power that this little thing deliver is amazing and unbelievable. There is negligible heating during normal tasks, and it heats up a bit during extensive video rendering which is normal. I would say, go for this. It is value for money and your time.

It is a mini pc. I was able to connect a type c portable monitor, a usb mouse, usb keyboard. The monitor needed another type c power supply to function properly. Memory card was loose, it would shut down randomly, i bought extra memory card and noticed that the older memory card was not seated properly. Windows pro is installed but it's not activated. I installed ubuntu linux but there is no wifi or Bluetooth devices under linux. The power button is flimsy. It gets turned around if you accidently press it and then it keeps getting restarting. If it keeps getting restarted then the power button needs to be turned to the right side up. The flimsy power button took me some time to figure out and the lack of windows 11 pro activation is why I reduced 2 stars. I got the Windows license via email. And i was able to add additional memory separately. So now it is 32 gb. Works great. If you buy this, do yourself a favor and buy a usb fan, point it at the mini, it will keep things cool and happy.

I am just on the device from 10 days now. Here is Good and Bad Things: bur Bad first then you read good part: BAD: - I bought 32GB RAM/1TB SSD model : (The vendor did not satisfied me that it really can support 64GB RAM. both windows and ps command says maxRamCapacity = 32GB when the product is being sold with 64GB description [In future you may not be able to upgrade the RAM to 32+n] as 32 seems MAX capacity as in Motherboard - I cant plug a cooling pad USB to this MiniPC while it boots, it does not take that load of USB so I need to plug the cooling PAD after windows loads - I use cooling pad to cool it down Good Part *** - Lighting fast boot - Running now on Both Windows 11 (pre-installed) and Linux Mint 21 (both working) Linux Issue: WLAN driver missing so had to download driver from gitgub (easily available) - My new UPS 600W giving 1hr backup for this 19w Mini PC + 42 Inch smart TV ---> AM not a gamer, bought for coding so cant comment on game/gpu

Bought it on Oct 2025...worked fined for 3-4 weeks and started showing some issues like switching off & on while working...or screen freezing...PC heating...contacted customer care and couriered the unit to them to check, after checking they told there was some issue with power switch, it got struck bcoz for more pressure hence the auto on/off was happening!!.. but they replaced the unit under warranty and sent me a new unit & rcvd same on 24th Dec. it is working fine till date....thanks to Electroniks India customer care for their support & action !!

The product received is an used product and the when the mini PC is switched on its fou d that it's been already registered by some one name and there is no replace or return option for this product and it's am going to raise an complaint on this
