Very Effective
I live alone with a big (87lb) dog. In the living room, I use a recliner for me, and Petey has two sofa beds. In the dining room (that I use as my office) I sit at my desk and Petey's bed is a huge over-stuffed chair. On all Pete's "beds" I have "pet-proof" covers. Without these heavy-duty Tuck Tight Strips Petey would have the pet covers all balled up in a nest daily. With these Strips my covers stay neat for about 2 weeks and at the end of that time I just have to shove the Strips back in. I don't have to start from scratch. That's a huge help for me. I'm 81 and doing the covers from scratch is REALLY hard on my back.

A smart product I'd buy again
They were easy to use I watched the video once I watched the video it was a snap to put them in place and they really do hold your slipcovers in place I'm going to mention them to anyone that has slipcovers it's a great buy I'd buy them again so they were great they're easy to clean if they get dirty with any kind of like dust or anything on them or crumbs or dirt The thickness was just fine and that's a great product I definitely would order them again

Useless---did not work as described, now have to pay to return
This product is useless---don't waste your money! The strips don't stay in place and pop out as soon as you sit on the furniture. There is no gripping power whatsoever---a tiny strip of what looks like softer plastic is inserted in a larger strip of harder plastic. You wedge the item between the cushions and the back and sides of the sofa and voila.....failure as soon as you use the sofa. I used the strips with a cover from the same company so there should have been no problem, one would think. Now I have to package it up, take it to the UPS store, PAY for return shipping, and hope I get a refund.

Don't buy if you have floating cushions on your chair/couch
I like these for two reasons- they have a rubber tip which is great for gripping the couch cover as it is forced into the seam cracks. They also are hardy and look like they will last. But I don't like them for two reasons. I found that with my couch which has "floating" cushions (both the back and the seat part) that are not attached to the couch, these Strips don't work well to keep the couch cover in place when the cushions shift. Once they shift, these Tight Strips either pop out or sink in and become useless. The other downside to them is that they are very hard, and if they do pop out or if you have to large a gap between the couch arm and the seat you can actually feel the hard plastic press into you as you sit. I have to keep fixing my couch and putting the strips back in so for me these were not very helpful. If I had a couch with an attached non-removable seat and back cushion perhaps, they would work much better.

Must have!
I bought a slip cover for my lift chair. These work like a dream to keep the slip in place. Definitely worth it. Cardboard does not work.

Not worth it.
They are easy to use but almost useless. They slide all over and don’t stay in place. They are a little better than nothing. I don’t have to adjust the chair cover quite as much as before I got them but every time I get out of the chair the cover still slips. I certainly would not buy them again.

Great product
These "shims" do the trick. I've had several Surefit slipcovers I use to change my couch's appearance. For years have used rolled up magazines. 🙄They work - kinda. These "Surefit Tuck Tights" work great. They hold the slipcover in place with little need to adjust. Not like the magazines! 😃Should have gotten a set long ago. 💁♀️
