Missing 6x16 and 8x30 screws. Had to order and pay for so chair could be assembled. Cost too much in freight to return

It feels stable and reliable when people use it a lot. The chair can hold 350 lb, so it feels solid. The cushioning is comfortable. It helps clients to relax during long appointments. I like the white design. It looks nice and modern in a salon or home. Putting it together was easy. The chair feels strong when it is in place.

Chairs are short! I ordered 2 and both was missing all the screws! Couldn’t even put it together. They do not offer to replace missing pieces. It’s either keep or refund.
