Excellent Facial Exercise regime
I just hit the big 4-0 and panic set in. Am terrified of going under the knife for so many reasons, and picked up this book based on how fresh and glowy the author looks, and also because it was the most cost efficient facial exercise program out there.In less than 3 weeks I look 3 years younger, and at my age that means a lot! My thyroid swollen eyeilds no longer sit on my lash line - 2/3s are now lifted above my crease. Note: I incorporate Carole Maggio's Eye Enhancer into the daily routine. My cheekbones are developing beautifully, and I have a sexy lower lip pout for the first time since giving up Carole Maggio's Facercise because it was making my face too muscular.The only disappointment is that my slight double chin and parentheses haven't shown any improvement, but it's early days yet. I have already incorporated one raw green juice a day into my diet for years, but the recipes in the book are great for raw juice beginners. Overall Ms Zavasta's program is a winner. Commit to half an hour a day for 30 days in front of the tv and you will be happy with the results!

Life changing
I am 60+ and was looking for a face exercise routine to follow. I spent 6months to follow different youtube channels, apps and even courses but either it was difficult or not enough strength or there was no routine to follow. Then I discover Tonya’s book and I by now I have been following it for 3 months. The result is amazing and I am fully dedicated to continue. In the book there is a subtle reference to another book from beginning of the 1900 and there is the secret......vigorous massage of the cheek muscle when it is contracted.....I actually both the book also😊 Thanks Tonya for excellent work!!!

Not as good as I had hoped
When I first began using the techniques it seemed to have been working, though I did not have lines it was for preventative measures. Well, 2 years later, stress, and lack of sleep had taken a toll and nasolabial lines formed as volume decreased. I began my exercises confident that they would dissapear. They actually deepened, and though the author said this may happen and to continue, my lines deepened. I had to stop because I was looking older than when I originally began. I gave this two stars for a few exercises that do help with circulation, as well as informative, and raw food suggestions which I like. I am still searching, I am not comfortable getting fillers at this point, frownies have worked well for me so far, and decreasing stress!

Effective Face Workout
These are some of the most effective facial exercises I've found. Her emphasis on working the muscle to exhaustion is key, as with weight lifting for the body. I am rating primarily for the exercises as I don't follow a raw food diet (I'm Paleo), but the other information included could also be useful.

Practice makes perfect!
have seen this book before, a friend said she found it good. I can see a slight improvement already to the sagging in the lower face.

I already feel and see a difference after only 14 exercises!
I received my copy of Rawsome Flex yesterday. The presentation of the book is beautiful, simple, and easy to follow. The author, Tonya Zavasta, is an immaculate representation of the results of the exercises in this book.I'm currently doing exercise #14 of the 30 Rawsome Flex exercises, and I already see and feel a difference in my face and neck...amazing!

My face Looks Refreshed
The face exercises really work! My daughter and friends have asked me what I have been doing to my face. I have recommended the book to my co-workers, friends and family.I am not on the raw diet but am eating more cooked and raw vegetables for each meal.Thank you Tonya!

Love the book
Love the book! Great raw vegan recipes and facial excercises ( easy to follow). Alternative way to stay young instead of using botox, fillers, etc. My skin looks very good! It has a natural, healthy glow!
