Best non-stick skillet... EVER!
The ceramic coating allows you to use metal spatulas, etc but best of all it is very durable. I just added the 8 inch skillet to my collection of Vinchef skillets. I've used my other 2 for about a year and they are still absolutely non-stick. Vinchef has their products priced reasonably and I find them to be the best non-sticks I've ever used (even better then the premier brands costing several times the price of a Vinchef. I couldn't be more pleased with them. Highly recommend this brand.

Best pan ever
These are the BEST Frying pans!! Just rub with oil after each washing. They cook foods perfect. Nothing sticks. And has temp indicator on handle . I have purchased several of the pans and pots

Excellent..!
This small pan almost instantly became my favorite small fry pan. High quality materials and construction. Excellent non-stick surface. Perfect for scrambled eggs or bacon WITHOUT oil (but I use a little butter for making eggs, of course.) Strongly recommended. I will be buying more of these pans. Edit. Just ordered to 11". It will replace 2 aluminum pans with non-stick coating (type of paint.)

Great pan.
Great pan. I've had this for a couple weeks. Handle stays cool. Eggs and things just slide right out. Spatula that comes with it is sturdy. It's easy to clean.

Light weight and easy to clean
I love it, my hands are very stiff in morning from arthritis and I'm able to used for my eggs and stuff, clean it is a breeze. Recommended for sure

Too small, just good for frying 2 eggs
This frying pan is too small, I bought it for every day used. Can only use it to fry eggs or make an omelette. I had to order a larger pan.
