We love this product

This machine has had a workout over the past 30 days but just keeps producing. Very pleased so far.

This machine is so easy to use and the best part is there’s NOTHING to clean!!! You insert the bag and take it out. Cheese touches none of the inner parts. If you have cheese left at the end of the day/night, leave the machine on! The instructions included with the cheese bags said it will last four days, as long as it is kept at 140 degrees or above. We tried that and it was delicious from day one to four. Just to be safe, we disposed of the remaining cheese after four days. Definitely recommend this machine. Worth the money!!

Nice product. Received on time. Will be used for Columbus Day festival at our church.

Only had a week. But seems to work fine. It does not work well when using to serve nachos on a plate as it does not allow for the insertion of the plate in order to get cheese at the center of the plate. Also would prefer that the cheese could be heated a bit more., especially in cold weather. Anticipated we would have leakage based on other reviews. But so far has not been a problem. Also we are on day 7 of the same bag and can detect no problem with the cheese. Hopefully sales will pick up and we can turn a bag sooner. An update after 3 months of use. Works fine for nachos placed in a small container I imagine. But with a 12 inch plate like we use in a resturant environment the nozzle can not reach to the inner portions of the plate. It dispenses rather thick and would be better if it could be melted more. The current temp requires us to heat it in a microwave for 30 seconds. Would not buy again for our use in a restaurant environment.

Great product. We just recommend boiling cheese before added to machine If needed right away. It really takes 4hours to warm otherwise.

I like the machine just wished the damn buttons would work the way they are supposed to. The measured portion button works most of the time however the continuous dispense button doesn't work most of the time. you have to open the face and flick the button a few times then sometimes u can get it to work. Can't see a way of fixing the problem without taking the thing apart and trying to troubleshoot where the lack of connection is... I'm not trying to break it so I just use the measured dispense button. Kind of frustrating considering it was $400 smh
