The description of ingredients says only tamarind pulp however it contains salt as well, would appreciate if the ingredients are correctly listed. It's handy and adds real tamarind flavor to food.

Good natural pulp alone.
The ingredient is nothing but original tamarind pulp. The taste is good, little more required if you need a real black color out of it. Can be stored even for two years if you are using freezer. Wish the price would be little less. But when it's genuine product, price don't matter.

Interestingly, 5 bottles among 6 contained real Tarmarind. Surprisingly 1 bottle cobtained Purple Mangosteen.
