La Molina Gelatinized Maca, 500 Milligrams of Gelatinized Maca Pure per Tablet, 100 Tablets

I have been taking this product for almost 3 months now. It has helped me with all my symptoms of menopause, in particular, the hot flashes. If I skip 2 days of taking these the HF come back full force. It took about a week of 1 capsule a day to help. I have never taken more than 1 a day although the recommendations on the bottle says 1-2 tablets three times daily. I'm sure if I took two a day I would have different results, possibly better; but, I'm plenty satisfied with what these already have done for me. I shared them with my husband for the first 7 days, he said he saw no noticeable difference. We don't really have much trouble in that department anyway, so he may need it more in the future. Wonderful product. I am so pleased with it. Without it, I'm afraid I would have needed a hormone replacement that was prescription -- or a cave to live in til this passes. Did not realize these are tablets. Tablets are long and rather narrow which means they tend to get stuck on the way down when taking with water. I did notice some positive effect but, the stomach irritation is not worth it. I have ordered Gelatinized Capsules which I suspect will be easier to swallow without getting stuck on the way down and a little easier on the stomach.

its good maca. i have try others and their ok. but this may have a step up. try try it.

I have been taking 1-2 pills at a time on average twice a day and went up to three times a day here and there.Results:I feel a little bit more aroused toward the opposite gender (hot of course) but other than that I didn't experience the results of was looking for such as: Energy (most important since I'm low on that everyday), Sexual booster-eh, and worst of all I have diarrhea now so I'm gonna stop taking it since I'm underweight as it is especially since I'm on Wellbutrin (Brand Name) for about 3 months now.Maybe it's just me and it may as well work better for other consumers.

This is the only maca that actually WORKS for me, when I have also tried navitas naturals, organic traditions, now, and one from "the maca team." Very worth it. I would use maca occasionally to give me a boost at work, where I needed to be energetic and friendly.

Taken as directed, 3 tablets at a time, 3 times a day, no effect whatsoever. No increased energy, no increased libido, nothing. If I had known that this was sold on TV, especially on CNN and the Discovery Channel, I would never have wasted my money on it.

Got it for fertility help. Can't take it. Bad stomach pains. No energy as others reported. Maybe I didn't take it long enough.

This is an excellent product!!! I feel more energized while I'm having sex. I am now thinking about buying shares of this product,as i believe it will be a good investment as well!!!
