ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE — STAY FAR AWAY FROM BLUEROBER! This is hands down the worst purchase I’ve ever made. I bought this hot tub from Bluerober and the heater was DEAD ON ARRIVAL. From day one, it didn’t work. I spent over two hours on the phone with their so-called “tech support,” jumping through hoops, only for them to finally admit the heater was defective. And what was their solution? They’d maybe send a replacement—but only if I filmed myself redoing all the troubleshooting steps I had already done with their team. Are you kidding me? This is a brand-new product. I shouldn’t have to prove to them that they sold me junk. I told them I wanted a refund instead. That’s when the real insult came: Bluerober refuses to cover return shipping. So now I’m stuck paying nearly $300 out of pocket to return a $600 piece of garbage that never worked in the first place. This hot tub is cheaply made, poorly supported, and backed by a company that clearly doesn’t care about its customers. Bluerober is a disgrace. Their product failed, their support failed, and their policies are designed to trap you into keeping broken merchandise. DO NOT BUY THIS HOT TUB. DO NOT BUY FROM BLUEROBER. You will regret it, just like I do.

Good product, great customer support…

Have had the Hot Tub since November, and we can not get the smell out of it. I'm a pool and spa tec. And I tried everything, wish the air was heated, it cool the tub off. Other than that, everything works and we like to be in it. As long as you can handle the little smell now.

This has been a nightmare the first heater stopped working they had to send another you can't heat with you do the jacuzzi bubble and the air the pump sucks in is cold fro. The outside so your temperature drops so quickly unfortunately you have to choose wether you want the bubble or it hit or it to filter because it won't do any at the same time. You have to sit in water that's barely warm while I wait for it to heat back up which usually takes 30 or so minutes just to go up one degree if I could send it back I would!!!

We have had the product set up less than a week and have o ly see it once ( two adults ). It is deflating and we have attempted several to Contact someone and no answer.

Fit 4 large people comfortable!!
