I am reading this with my son before sleep as he is super interested in all the history of armies and their vehicles.

Fantastic little book with excellent images and details, very educational.

Full of annoying little errors, but worth owning regardless, as it covers so much material, and can be used as a gateway to further exploration. Without it I never would've known about awesome vehicles like the Fuchs, the Boxer and the Patria. The reasons why it dropped the ball is that the author bangs on about the importance of trucks and light vehicles, and why they're included in the book, specifically mentioning ww2 long-range desert patrol jeeps and Hummers, and they are no chapters dealing with trucks or light vehicles, so they're not in the book after all. Then theres the picture of a M548 Lance Missile Carrier on the front cover, and not only is it not in the book but there's actually no chapter on missile carriers at all! Similarly, the Abbot pictured on the back cover is nowhere to be found inside. These errors, IMHO, are massive oversights, and whoever is responsible should be forced out on the parade ground at night, in the rain, to hold a couple of buckets of sand until reveille. Apart from that, it's quite a decent little book for any warmongering little brats you might have running about the place.

I bought a similar book about Jet Fighters and Attack planes which I found very interesting, I wanted to buy this book because I am interested in fighting vehicles mostly from WWII days but sometimes also Modern times. This book came as described by seller.

It's a high quality book however it is quite small. Roughly 6 x 5 inches.
