There was minor damage on one of the armchairs during shipping, but I want to highlight how excellent the seller’s customer support is. I contacted them, and they responded quickly, were very professional, and arranged for a replacement part to be shipped out right away. The issue was handled smoothly and without any hassle. Mistakes can happen during transport, but what really matters is how they’re resolved — and this seller did an outstanding job. I truly appreciate the quick support and care they showed. One of the best patio sets I have seen in terms of sturdiness, price, look and feel. Very comfortable and easy to put together. My 16 yr old did it within a couple of hours. Very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend.

Seems extremely well made and sturdy furniture. Yet lightweight. Not terrible to put together, but it’s no hour and a half job. Very attractive furniture. Chairs are comfortable and wide. Waiting for our new deck in July before putting it outside.

This set is a great size and comfortably seated everyone at a recent get-together. The materials seem to be good quality, and assembly was pretty easy. Everything arrived in multiple boxes with no missing parts. The cushions are a nice size and thickness, and the fabric feels well-suited for outdoor use without being too stiff. One thing I really like is the height of the back frame, which helps keep the cushions in place. You can lean back comfortably without the cushions sliding around or getting pushed off. We’ve only had it outside for about two weeks, so I can’t speak to long-term durability yet, but so far we’re very happy with the quality, comfort, and overall appearance.

This set was super easy to assemble, arrived ahead of schedule, looks sharp, is sturdy, and super comfortable. Worth the price for sure. The table arrived with a small piece of the finish peeled off. I contacted the company on the instruction manual and they gave the option of sending new planks or a $40 gift card. We opted for replacement planks and they are sending. Th le company was super responsive and helpful in resolving the problem. We may have to wait a while for the planks, so I will report back upon their arrival.

This patio furniture set exceeded my expectations. The design is modern and elegant. I purchased the graphite color which fits perfectly in the space providing a cozy intimate vibe. The cushions are thick and nicely padded making it very comfortable for relaxing or spending time with friends and family. The frame is solid and stable. Comprised of coated aluminum, it is resistance to corrosion. This set appears to be well-built and comfortable and an excellent value for the price. I highly recommend it.

This is a remarkably well-designed set. Very sturdy aluminum construction and very simple assembly, I had the whole set completed in about an hour and a half by myself. The pieces are very light and easy to move but not so light that they slide when sitting or getting up, especially with the cushions on. The paint is smooth and powder coated but will still scratch like almost any paint on metal. The polystyrene armrests and table top look like wood with a nice woodgrain texture. The cushions are comfortable and thick but they do slide around on the smooth frame even with the corner ties. Not a big deal for me but it seems to bother some. I could see laying a nonslip rug mat under them to help reduce slip. The fabric seems very durable and is easily removable for washing. I'm sure it could hold up if left out in the rain but I'll cover or stow mine when possible. One problem arose with the center legs on the sofa and love seat. After assembly the bracket attaching the legs to the frame had enough play on the single centered screw to rotate forward and back about 20 degrees each way. I contacted Oasbira through Amazon messaging and we had a constructive conversation that lead to an acceptable fix. At no point did they try to deny or blame me and were very responsive to my concerns. I couldn't be happier with their customer service and would buy from them again. Even with the small problem I highly recommend this set and this seller!
