Promising Serum for Redness and Uneven Skin Tone
I've been using the medicube Exosome Shot Azelaic Acid Serum for several days and have been pleased with my experience so far. The serum has a lightweight texture that absorbs quickly without feeling sticky or greasy. It layers well with the rest of my skincare routine and doesn't pill under moisturizer or makeup.I was interested in this product because it contains Azelaic Acid, Niacinamide, and Exosome technology, ingredients commonly used to help improve the appearance of uneven skin tone, redness caused by dryness, and overall skin texture. While it's still too early to judge the long-term results, my skin feels hydrated and comfortable after application, and I haven't experienced irritation. The packaging is convenient, and a little product goes a long way. Based on my initial experience, this serum seems like a quality addition to a skincare routine focused on calming and brightening the skin. I'll continue using it and update my review as I see more long-term results.

Game changer
As someone who has struggled with acne since my teenage years and spent years under dermatology care, I’ve tried just about everything—from over-the-counter products and prescription treatments to high-end aesthetic skincare. It’s rare for a product to genuinely impress me, but this one absolutely has.The Medicube Azelaic Acid Exosome treatment is incredible. You can actually feel the spicules working on the skin, and the sensation reminds me of professional microneedling treatments, but without the downtime or recovery period.Since incorporating this into my routine, my skin has become noticeably clearer, brighter, and more radiant. The redness associated with my rosacea has improved significantly, and my overall complexion looks much calmer and more even.I’ve been so impressed with the results that it’s now a permanent part of my evening skincare routine, and I’ll definitely be purchasing the higher-strength version next time. For anyone looking to improve skin texture, clarity, and redness, I can’t recommend this product highly enough.

Really turned around the redness
I have dry, mature skin and mild rosacea. Ive been using this 2x a week for a month. Ive had a huge reduction in redness, far less papules and pustules. I also use Anuna's azelaic acid, but adding this took my skin to the next level. Ive also noticed my skin is brighter.I would rate how the spicules feel from slightly annoying to mild discomfort and it doesnt last long; maybe 10 minutes or so. I wouldn't say it's painful because that would be an exaggeration. Certainly nothing so terrible that I would stop using it, and I really massage it into my skin. I dont use it under makeup and I dont use any strong actives with it bc of the exsomes. I seal everything in with Eucerin Repair Cream and face oil (it's winter time in the northeastern US, and I have VERY dry skin). Haven't had any problems. My routine includes skin flooding, so I can't speak to the hydration abilities of this product alone. It does have exosomes, HA, glycerin, glycols, and ceramides, some of which are high in the ingredient list, so it should be highly hydrating. There's no scent, but I do find it a tad bit sticky at first but it goes away. The consistency is thicker; something like gel, but not thick like hair gel.I think you'll be very happy with this product if you're battling redness. It has worked beautifully for me, so Im really satisfied. The spicules aren't that bad; Im glad I tried it out.
