This is a nice massage mat. It's well made and works well. The material is comfortable to sit on, although you may have a tough time finding a spot where it will lay the right way. The remote is great, although I wish that the neck controls were on the remote as well instead of being built into the pillow. It's easy to adjust the settings. It's very nice to relax on. It's much cheaper than a full chair option.

This full body massager is overall relaxing and comfortable, especially if you enjoy vibration-style massage pads with a stronger, more focused neck massage feature. My favorite part is definitely the shiatsu neck massager. It actually applies noticeable pressure and movement instead of just vibrating, which made it feel much more effective than the rest of the mat. The body portion mainly consists of vibration spots throughout the pad, which still feels soothing but provides a much gentler experience. I appreciated that the shiatsu pillow can zip on or off depending on how you want to use it. It also comes with an inflatable replacement pillow, which was an interesting addition. The inflation bulb looks almost exactly like something from a blood pressure cuff, which was kind of amusing. Another nice design feature is that the power adapter can connect either to the full body pad or directly to just the neck pillow, giving a little more flexibility in how you use it. It also comes with a pillow cover you can strap on and a handy large carrying bag to keep everything together. There are a couple downsides though. The instructions specifically state that it should be plugged directly into a wall outlet without using an extension cord or power strip, but the cord is not especially long, which limits placement options. The listing also shows it being used while sitting in a chair. I am sure that works for some people, but I struggled to keep everything aligned comfortably. The neck pillow would either slide too low or end up positioned too high for me. Overall, the neck massage feature is the standout here, while the rest of the mat provides more of a gentle relaxation experience than a deep massage.
