Even the larger tray is so short - last two teeth aren’t covered - so high in the front and thick, but then just too short to stop back teeth meeting. So frustrating! No dearies ever said I have an extra long jaw but I do have wisdom teeth - product should be more clearly labelled it’s for front few teeth not like a regular mouth guard for sports or from the dentist…

Product is fine but packaged with small in one sealed packet and large in another without any markings on the outside to explain which is which.

Tried these for the first time last night, only the one on the upper teeth to see if it would help with biting my cheeks, which has become a regular occurrence of late. Lo and behold, it only worked! Placed in boiling water for 15 seconds, shook off the excess and pushed the large one onto my teeth. Too big, so I tried the small one and this fit well after moulding. Put it on before bed and it was soon clear that I was not going to bite my cheek AND I now have a back-up, as it appears that just the one will suffice. It held well in my mouth, didn't feel uncomfortable, but did take a little getting used to before I was happy to nod off. When I woke I hardly realised it was still in my mouth. Another unexpected bonus was a sensitive front tooth that irritates me when breathing in cool air whilst trying to sleep. With these on it was another issue solved. OK, hardly enough time to fully evaluate, but on a first try I felt comfortable laying in any position, safe in the knowledge that I wouldn't wake with sore cheeks. I'll update again if any issues arise, but a great start. Update (1 week later) - a whole week and not one bite on my cheek. I now soak them in Steradent after use and brush them with a soft toothbrush immediately after, in preparation for the following night. A quick rinse before inserting them again and I'm good for another night. Happy nights!

Great product!! Easy to use and good value for money too. I gave one to my father in law to try out and he said it really helped him, as he suffers with grinding his teeth as well. Overall great product x

Works very well apart from I found them a little small and didn't quite cover my back teeth but that may just be my big mouth. This was easily fixed though by just stretching them a bit when heated up before molding them to my teeth. Been using a couple of weeks now and even though I scrub it every morning when brushing my teeth it has turned very slightly yellow (not sure its not somehow user error) but there is no effect to use. I thought the thickness may have been a issue but its actually surprisingly comfortable to wear and has completely stopped my jaws/teeth aching.

After having headaches for over 8 years and trying everything, I finally tried a mouth guard. I didn’t even realise I was grinding my teeth but after researching headaches in the morning, mainly temples, eyes and forehead that was the most likely cause. Started using it 3 weeks ago - haven’t had a headache since! Guards are easy to use and mould when warm, comfortable to sleep in after you’ve warn them a few nights.
