No key need phone
I go to school almost every day and usually lost the key. So I called my dad come to give me the spare key. I try to buy this and yes! Easy to use no need key just need phone.

Awesome Bike Lock
This bike lock works is easy to use with a smartphone and much safer than worrying about keys or rust that can develop within the tumblers key lock.Definitely recommend. Very intuitive and alarm will go off, if someone tries to commandeer your bike.Just keep your phone charged. :)

One you get past the bad instructions it's great.
The instructions leave out a lot of details. The app to lock and unlock is just as bad. I would suggest the process be handled by someone with some technical savvy experience. The product itself is well made, feels quite durable. I didn't see any way somebody could replace the battery or how someone is able to charge it. I will have to look into that part more.

Seems to work well but wish I could test the anti-theft feature somehow
The instructions could definitely be better but I was able to figure out how to use the lock with a little trial and error. I have not used it much yet but testing it at home has worked well. I like the idea of not having to use keys or remember a combination. I just wish there was a way to test if the sound is working in case someone tries to cut it. That is one of the main reasons I purchased this lock because I see so many people talking about their locks being cut.

Heavy duty bike chain lock with good high tech bluetooth security
I got this because I had previously bought $400 mountain bike that I gave to my plumber friend.He said he gave it to his son so he could use it to get to work but was a bit apprehensive knowing price of it & wanted a solid lock.I thought this would be ideal as it allows others in family to share locking through app.Likes ~Heavy duty with 7 braided steel (each one has 20 braided steel).Keyless with no combos for someone to try to figure out.Works with iPhone 4 & androids 4 & above.Other users in family or loved ones can also use it & share.Alloy steeel lock cylinder & lock head wiht steel cable makes it a good anti theft device along with several steel cables.Dislikes ~Instructions are hard to follow & understand.There are other instructions on listing which tell you how to set up app; however, once you do that there isn't any infomation on what else to do or how to figure out when sharing with multiple people that have different devices.A bit confusing on set up part of it.It says in listing call Soctech for support but don't see any information as to how.Some other listings have tech support shown at top with live chat, phone # or both along with times.This is ideal but understand there may not be live support 8 hours a day on product so would be good to provide email & phone # to leave message to return message however one is more comfortable.

Good bike lock!
The build quality of the lock is very good, and it's surprising how good it is for the price. I've also left the lock out in heavy rain and I've noticed no damage at all. Setting up the lock is very simple and self-explanatory once you get the app mentioned in the instructions. The Bluetooth lock mechanism is very secure and also convenient to use so you don't have to carry around a key or remember an extra code. I've been suing the lock for a month and the battery is still at 100% so I have no doubt that it will last years. My only slight issue is that sometimes the blutooth connection is a little spotty and takes a little time to connect. But overall, this is a great purchase!
