Time saving presser
I bought this as I have an injured arm and fibromyalgia. Conventional ironing, even with my excellent steam iron exhausted me. Positives: Amazing for pressing sheets, duvets up to king-size, tea towels all flats, most tee shirts. It comes with a mini iron for finishing touches. Negatives: don't use it for delicate dresses, ruffles etc, but this is obvious. This machine is feather light to press down, has a buzzer to indicate pressing time. Stand can be adjusted but I use an ironing stool. I do wish I had bought one years ago. Very safe, extra wide opening. Highly recommended.

Love it
The time it saves and the energy plus the quality of my ironed cotton sheets compared to my hand iron is second to non. Fast delivery, easy to set up and use and easy to store away. Wouldn't be without it now so glad I purchased it.

How do I fix this pleas?
Had this 9 months. Been excellent. A real workhorse and deals with our AirBnb's needs. However it now, as the photos show, needs maintenance. my last session started giving out black marks on bedding If the manufacturer is watching what do you suggest?

nice large area for ironing
This is a very good machine, but I have two comments - firstly the on/off switch is in a difficult to reach place, especially when turning off and the plate is hot. Secondly there is not as much room between the pad and the back upright to stack the unironed part of a large piece as in my previous Singer machine.

What ironing
A little heavy to move around but ironing cut in half, so easy to use would not go back to an iron. Having a stand is a life saver had to use a work bench before. I would not use without a stand know so simple to put up and press held securely .

Terrible Quality and Even Worse Customer Service
Flimsy product that the handle has broken off one side very easily! We use the steam press once a week for a two-person household—hardly excessive—and yet it still failed far too quickly. When I contacted the seller, I was first accused of overusing it, then bizarrely told I must have dropped it after I sent photos. Completely ridiculous and unhelpful aftercare. The product is cheaply made and clearly not built to last. Refused to help even though the product falls under the timeframes of the Consumer Rights Act and also refuse to repair. Avoid both the item and the seller—frustrating experience from start to finish.
