Has anyone store this bag in room temperature, outside of the refrigerator and is that ok?

I have since I purchased this few months ago,no issues so far, maybe it will last a bit longer if refrigerated?

I've had mine for a few months. Expires 12/21. You do not refrigerate. Store in cool, dry place. I keep mine in my pantry.
