SALIVEA Dry Mouth Mouthwash Soothing Mint Flavor 16 oz Bottle Pack of 2

Had never experienced Dry Mouth in my 75 years. Freaked me out, waking up with my tongue sticking to my front teeth as i was trying to sleep, Appetite loss because mouth felt like it was coated in vaseline, and it happened, of course on a weekend. Luckily, my older sister, found what it was in her medical books ( yes they still are used) then we confirmed it online. ) Dry Mouth. This product stopped the problem almost immediately. You take it full strength, not diluted, and it stimulated the saliva production. Stopping the mouth breathing is another part, easily done with pillow placement. This tastes like a creamy mint piece of candy is gentle and again works, highly recommend it. I swished one tablespoon for recommended time of 30 seconds, making sure it went into areas where the saliva glands are. One treatment before bed, lasted for over 4 hours. They recommend up to 5 per day, and 2 and a half got me 9 hours of glorious sleep. Did confirm on my weekly visit to the DR. that it was safe with my other meds, and the problem was caused by mouth breathing due to pollen allergy. i find it has a smooth taste and does its job well. Does not contain xylitol, and as a dog owner i avoid anything that is bad for dogs.

This mouthwash lives up to it's reputation. No nasty after taste and it leaves your mouth mosturized. I have tried so many others and finally found this one. There is no burning, a big plus. Their toothpaste is equally impressive and the co. Says made in the USA.

I tried Salivea on a recommendation from my dentist. It is a very soothing mouthwash. Now I use it at least morning and night. Along with the tooth paste, I have seen improvements in my mouth.

I have begun struggling with dry mouth at night, which is starting to impact my teeth. My dentist suggested a mouthwash specifically for dry mouth, and I searched long and hard for one without a lot of foaming agents or stabilizers. This one checked all the boxes! Unfortunately within hours of using it for the first time I started having GI problems, which continued for the 3 days I used it. Like a lot of artificial sweeteners, xylitol can cause GI upset and I seem to be quite sensitive to it. Proceed with caution if you are prone to these reactions and keep it in mind when you start using it. Still giving 3 stars, however, because I did not wake up with dry mouth on the 3 days I used it!

Salivea mouthwash is very similar to Biotine mouthwash which many doctors and dentists recommend for people with OLP (oral lichen planus). I switched from Biotine to Salivea for the added enzymes. Look for the mild mint or gentle mint variants. And if you experience any mouth burning, dilute it with some water before swishing. I keep a small glass in the bathroom just for that. When I was first diagnosed with OLP, I couldn't even eat yogurt or pudding for the mouth pain. It was that severe. I am now in a state close to remission but not quite. Using these mouthwashes helped though I also took prescription meds for about a year as well. I don't need the prescriptions anymore.

I really love this stuff, I will now buy the two bottle packages. Comes with salivary and enzymes and xylitol! Xylitol is wonderful for the mouth microbiome, only the bad bacteria eat it and die, preserving the good bacteria. Highly recommend.

Not very effective

I am so pleased that I found a product that helps soothe my burning mouth, throat and tongue. I just started using Salivea and I had improvement within 2 days.

Use este producto por que me lo recomendaron y realmente me a encantado, hoy hice mi segundo pedido ya que mantiene mi boca hidratada y limpia, así con un buen aliento. Yo padezco diabetes y por lo regular se me suele secar más la boca, con este producto siento como mi boca está más hidratada.. realmente lo recomiendo!!!

No me gusto el sabor me salio caro y no funciono como esperaba me arrepiento de haberlo comprado he probado otro que es mas barato y es mejor su sabor
