Support following c-section
These are FANTASTIC. I had some concerns about if and when I’d be able to use these following my third c-section. Well I just put them on, exactly 2 weeks postpartum following c-section, and they feel great! Lots of support and compression in just the right abdominal areas and somehow without putting pressure on my incision site. They are also high quality: very well made with a heavier stretchy fabric, solid coverage that covers my entire waist, smoothes my lumpy and bumpy postpartum stomach (I’m 5’7”, at 200 pounds right now, and bought XL), but will be able to stretch/shrink to support me as a drop another 10-15 pounds over the next 2-3 weeks (I have a tendency to put on tons of fluid at the end of each of my pregnancies so I have consistently lost 35 pounds during the first 3-4 weeks with all three of my kids). There is also a sticky band at the top of the waist that prevents it from rolling or falling down. Overall amazing purchase: I will be buying the next size down as well, and plan to recommend these as a “must buy” for all my friends getting c-sections in the future

Spanx for the tummy post c-section
Update: I gave birth and these have been awesome! Extremely comfortable but lots of compression. I’m comfortable wearing them alone and don’t feel like I’m going to lose my intestines. I wear my support belt on top when going to the store etc. The only negative is that they don’t have a clasp in the crotch to pee, so going to the bathroom is a struggle as they are hard to get down and over the incision since they compress so well. My mother remedied this by cutting above the crotch and sewing in a stretchy Velcro flap so I don’t have to take them completely off to pee. I haven’t gotten to wear them yet as I am still pregnant. I am due for a c-section end of March 2019. However, my initial impression of them is that they are good, thick, quality material, with a good amount of stretch but not overly so to where they won’t compress as they should. They appear that they will be very snug and give me the compression that I need after under going surgery. With my first c-section, it was not planned (emergency) so I did not have compression underwear or a compression belt etc. I had the flu immediately coming out of surgery and was vomiting heavily and coughing etc. I had to hug a pillow against my incision to help somewhat with the hot fire pain that came with each heave/cough. I intend to use these as underwear under my compression belt to keep the belt from itching me etc, and prevent rubbing on my scar. Will update if they do not work as I think they will. But initial impression is they are great quality and will be like spanx for my tummy.

Very well made-no lower abdomen support- remove wires!
*Update* If you use a seam ripper to take out the four metal wires, they are SO much more comfortable and it doesn’t damage the underwear! I bought these to wear after my Da Vinci laparoscopic partial hysterectomy. I didn’t realize how bloated I would be after the surgery, and while they fit pre-surgery I had to wait five days to wear them post surgery. They are technically very well made, but like others I wish the support was lower down where I needed it. It was pointless for my needs and a waste of money. They also aren’t comfortable after more than a couple of hours, since they end up digging into my inner thighs and waist. They didn’t work for me, but hopefully this review helps someone else!

Great for wearing postpartum
I bought these in size small and extra small, and the size small fits very well. The extra small may fit better if I lose any more weight, but they are currently too tight around my hips and thighs. I am 5'3", size 0-2, 110 lbs pre-pregnancy, and was down to 112 lbs 2 weeks after having my second child. I don't credit my weight loss to this product, but it has definitely helped the way my abdominal muscles and waist feel, and had helped with my (minimal) abdominal separation. I started wearing them one day postpartum (six weeks ago), but you could probably wear them right after (though they will make it harder for your doctors to check your stomach while in the hospital) and have been wearing them every day since then. It's hard to put on at first, but you definitely want it to be tight for it to work as a compression garment. I can run with it pretty comfortably and definitely appreciate the boning at the top to prevent it from rolling down. I guess I would recommend buying two different sizes so you can see which will fit better, especially if you lose a lot of weight postpartum since the larger size will be good to wear right after delivery and the smaller size may fit after you lose weight. After I stop wearing them every day I would probably still wear them once in a while as a tummy control garment under a dress or something. I wash mine in the washing machine on a delicate setting and let them air dry.

Was so disappointed
This is the most uncomfortable underwear ever. I can't believe it was quite expensive to purchase, then ship to my country. And after paying so much for it, I was so disappointed. I wore it once , it was so bad, I was out , and because I have a baby, I always walk with clothes in my trunk, I had to go to a public washroom and change into another underwear. This underwear has some kinda stick in it , they sticks you in your boobs, and sticks your lower tummy when you sit. If you plan on wearing this, you maybe should just stand all the time, and don't wear it for longer than a hour or two. It's so not comfortable. I am not even looking forward to using them again. I had a c section, don't have much of a bulge, I just had a small amount of loose skin after giving birth. I have wide hips and a big butt so I bought the large, however, the top was very loose and the underneath was very tight. Not for all body shapes either.

Ok, not great for what I wanted
It really depends on what you’re looking for. I was hoping for something that offered compression from top to bottom. And it does not offer that. There is no compression to the lower abdomen or lower butt, kinda all the way around. It does stay up very nicely and there is mild compression from above your belly button up.

Post c-section life saver
I never write reviews, but in March of this year I had an unexpected c-section and I’m not sure what I would have done without these things. I struggled with the binder the hospital sent home with me and I hated having to rely on my husband to help me put it on after each shower I took. I had to wear something though because if I didn’t I was in a ton of pain. I searched Amazon for something to help me and found these bad boys. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was desperate for something to hold me together that I could put on myself. They held everything in just right! They’re a bit difficult to put on at first (especially post c-section with all of that fun extra swelling and pain) but after a few times I got the hang of it. They are just the right amount of snug! They really gave me the support I needed and Helped control the pain. I even wore these 3 months postpartum to help me squeeze into some jeans. Highly recommend. Just a little side note though, one pair lost a metal side piece after about a month, but I didn’t notice a difference in the snugness/support of the product. At all. I wondered if the piece was even needed in the first place. I just threw it away and never thought of it again!

Amazing for C-section!
These underwear are amazing! I started wearing them 10 days after my c-section. They provide the perfect amount of support and feel great. They really mold to the body, unlike the post-surgical belt I received at the hospital, which was completely useless, and the postpartum belt I bought. And, they are no-show, so I can wear them outside. I can't say enough good things about the amount of support they provide, but my insides no longer feel like they're going to jiggle out, and the compression makes the incision site less painful. I thought I would hate the boning, but it's fine and prevents the underwear from rolling down onto the incision. Once I've recovered, I'm sure I'll wear these as shapewear. The cons (which are really minor): Note that the description says they are 95% cotton, but they clearly aren't from looking at them, and the tag says 95% nylon. Still, they are breathable. Second, I think they run small. I'm very small framed and normally a size 6 and ordered medium, which was too small. I returned them and ordered a large, which fits well. I'm 5'5" and currently about 148 pounds. I expect they'll still fit if/when I'm back to pre-pregnancy size. Finally, I couldn't tell that these did anything to my butt, as advertised.

Me quedo la talla s
En definitiva, estoy gorda😩. Soy una persona sedentaria☺. Cadera y pompa reducida🥲, tengo 42años. Peso 73kg y mido 155m con talle corto🤔. Me quedó genial la TS😬. Obvio no tengo forma😅. 🥰

Fit well, tuck what needs to be tucked. Very comfortable
I wasn't sure how these would fit, but they fit pretty well. I like how high they are at the top and I like how they sent you in so that you can be nice and smooth under a dress. I'm 69 years old and I have a little bit of rolls down there but they seem to do the trick in tuck in them in a bit. They are not too tight where they're super uncomfortable they actually fit pretty good.
