This is my 2nd purchase of Saffola Oats and I am fully satisfied with both of my purchases.The Oats are very fresh, crispy and healthy of course. No matter whether you do exercises or not, go to gym or not, you can definitely have these Oats as it provides a significant amount of FIBER and PROTEIN. Anyone of any age group can have these Oats.
