Best Insoles I have Used
I had a good pair off walking shoes but just over a year the insoles started to wear down, this was causing me some considerable pain especially because I have flat feet. I suffer with plantar fasciitis and my job includes standing for over 8 hours a day. I decided to try Scholl In-Balance Orthotics insoles rather than buy new shoes, they fitted really well and at 1st I didnโt really get much pain relief and thought maybe I need just get a new pair of shoes, but a friend mine told me to use them for a few weeks as the insoles need time to mould with your feet. I persevered and after about 4 weeks my insoles had moulded to the shape off my feet, my pain started to fade over time and now itโs almost completely gone these insoles have created a cushioned barrier with my feet and shoes I can easily walk around without my feet hurting. I have to say I was sceptical but with time these have worked, I am now almost pain free but these insoles allow me live a normal life now. I would recommend these to anyone that actually work.

Effective Pain Relief, But Packaging and Environmental Concerns
Rating: โญโญโญโญ I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis for a while now, and these Plantar Fasciitis Pain Relief Orthotics Insoles have provided me with much-needed relief. The insoles effectively alleviate some of the pain and discomfort I've been experiencing, making it easier to get through my day. What impressed me was the way the insoles distribute pressure evenly across my arches. I did feel some pressure initially, but I believe that's a sign of the insoles doing their job by providing proper support. The large size fits my size 11 shoes perfectly, without the need for any cutting or adjusting. However, there are a couple of downsides I'd like to mention. First, the packaging was quite difficult to open, and I found it to be unnecessarily wrapped in plastic. This could definitely be improved for a better unboxing experience. My main concern, though, is the environmental impact of these insoles. They are not made from bioplastic and cannot be recycled, which makes them quite wasteful. In today's world, where environmental responsibility is crucial, I hope the manufacturer considers more eco-friendly options for their products. In summary, the Plantar Fasciitis Pain Relief Orthotics Insoles are effective at providing relief from pain, distribute pressure well, and fit comfortably. However, improvements are needed in terms of packaging and environmental sustainability. Despite these concerns, I still find the insoles valuable for managing my plantar fasciitis discomfort.

Just what I needed!
I have recently been to the doctor as I have been suffering with sore feet. Mostly around the top and sides of them and if I sit down too long and get up to walk it's painful. The doctor said I over pronate on walking (feet turn inward at the arch) which is causing the pain as my arches are weak. I have been wearing high heels since I was 14 and for the last couple of years have taken to wearing more flatter shoes. Mostly due to my age and the menopause :( These insoles were bought on the doctors advice and they have been absolutely brilliant! It takes a while to get used to wearing them because the lumpy bit sits right underneath the arch of my foot which feels like walking on uneven ground like walking on stony beaches but they do the job. No pain, no discomfort, no seizing when sitting down for too long then getting up to walk. I take a size 7, you can cut them down to size accordingly and they fit most of my shoes and boots, your foot sits a little higher with them in but you soon get used to that feeling. Definitely recommend! ๐

Not for small feet
I suffer from plantar fasciitis in both my feet and bought these as I was hoping to fit them into dressier shoes for work since all Iโve been able to wear are arch support trainers. Iโm a size 3.5/4, they donโt have an XS but the S size is supposed to cater down to a 4.5. I still had to trim them far beyond the guidelines to get close to my size but managed to make them fit in the end. Unfortunately, these insoles are so thick that I havenโt been able to find any shoes to comfortably wear them in, even after removing the original soles. Iโve even bought a pair of shoes in size 5 but the insoles still made them too tight. As far as plantar fasciitis they do help, but the problem is that my feet ended up hurting in other places from them being squeezed at the toes and top part of the feet once theyโre in shoes. They might work for bigger sizes/wide fit shoes in a size up, but if itโs just to fit them into trainers anyway I would rather recommend directly buying trainers with arch support. I guess Iโll have to keep saving and try to get proper orthopedic shoes.

Instantly improves walking comfort
Never had this condition before. These insoles definitely make walking more comfortable and I would definitely recommend. Felt a bit strange to start with but settled down very quickly. Mine fitted perfectly without any trimming which was a bonus.

Dr Scholls Arch Support insoles for PF
Bought these some time ago now, but I can tell you they work and cured my Plantar Fascitis. Initially they're uncomfortable because of the hard arch structure where the foot is falling but once your feet have acclimatised to them, they're very comfortable and provide the support, someone with a high instep really needs. Worth the money if you suffer with PF or needing extra arch support, don't bother with any other insoles. I've done some miles in mine now and they are still holding up strong and can easily be swapped in different shoes.

Too big for small shoes
Too big for small shoes, I am a size 5. Have made my feet ache a lot more now and makes your shoes extra tight.
