Organic Wood Stain and Sealer, 1 Gallon, No-Maintenance Liquid Formula for Indoor and Outdoor Use, Black

Painted these beds a year ago and they still look great. The drip lines disappeared too just like we read that they would. Was very easy to use and we even still have a bunch left over!

I dipped my honey bee hive with the black and it looks great.

The stain I received was not red, it was bluish green. I needed the protection ASAP as my raised bed has already gotten wet so went ahead and used it.This will not prevent wood from splintering and cracking that has been already exposed to the elements for even a week (mine was outside for one cold, wet, week, I applied the stain, the wood still splintered.)The instructions were minimal. I could not find what the stain was actually made of and the website makes only vague claims of being “lab-tested non-toxic.”The stain is very thin and difficult to apply without drip marks. I have no idea how to clean up the spills, but prepare for uneven application and drops. Turpentine, soap & water, alcohol did not clean up spills. Mineral oil got it off the skin, but not nails.Although the claim is one coat only, remember it is not opaque. My bed looks very unnatural with the bright blue green tint over what is obviously a natural wood.The only information included was a mix ratio. No drying times/conditions, no clean up, no ingredients list.Return window is less than 30 days.

Used for beehives, it appears to work well and easy to apply and mix.
