Got this for my 5yo to make writing more fun. He searches for the letter he wants (letter recognition ) and stamps his words to make notes for friends or if he doesn't feel like writing, stamps are used.I got different color stamp pads to make it even more interesting. Stamps are great for the cost, perfect size for little fingers and Stamps very well.

Preschoolers liked these better than the cars and trucks ones. They had a lot of fun spelling their names. There's a lot of pieces so their was no trouble sharing between the two of them.A few gripes:I did not like the ink pad it came with. When using this with the kids I took out the larger round pads from the vehicle sets. The pad that comes with this set does have more colors but they are smaller and all in one container. There's no way to share it nicely with a group of children.The set comes with a little booklet that has word worksheets where you match letters and fill in blanks with the stamps. You only get 25 pages. I highly recommend you DONT use the pages and instead make copies of them so you can use them over and over again. Especially if you have multiple children using the one set.I said the same thing about the other set and I'll say it about this one, there's no lid on the tray. You take the plastic off and that's it. I wish it had a lid because spilling this would be a nightmare.

I bought this set to keep at my office for when my daughter when she comes with me. It's been a wonderful activity to have on hand!

Why make a cool wood box and then skip the lid?

This was a gift to my 4 year old for Christmas. We are homeschooling and this is a wonderful add in for numbers and letters, its fun to use and she was attracted to the drawings and pictures.

My 3 year old niece is fascinated with this set - it was fun for the two of us to spend some quality time together and teach her the alphabet and numbers at the same time. Very well made - very nice set!

The good quality as you would expect with Melissa and Doug. I use this as a quiet time activity for my five and seven year old boys. Mess-free and keeps them entertained! My three year old girl also loves playing with stamps and it’s a fun way for her to learn letters.

I use this to add variety for ways my daughter can practice her sight words and spelling. She loves them and gets creative by mixing two different colors for one stamping.

Well loved and ease of use for young children. Use in classroom daily.

Very well made and my son enjoyed stamping and talking about the letters and the numbers! Wish it came with a lid, tho, so it can put it sideways on the shelf. But in general, very happy with the purchase!

Items received in good condition, absolutely recommend it

Our kids love this set. The ink is nice and bright on paper but also washable when it gets on hands and tables. The booklet included was used right away. I like that it includes all upper and lower case letters to help teach capital letters. The numbers and symbols also are great teaching tools

The media could not be loaded.  This stamp set is so nice for preschoolers because not only they learn the alphabet but they also learn to recognise words and begining sounds. The only down part is that the stamps are really stuffed in there and it's hard for little hands to align them back in to fit wich makes an extra task for you. But it's still a great set that we all love.
