Vacuum hoses are never long enough. This will join 2 regular or an extension from a bulk roll.

I needed a coupler
There’s not much to say about this coupler other than it works just as I needed it to work.

Didn’t fit my hose
Not sure how this works but it didn’t work for me. I was trying to couple (2) 1.25 shop vac hoses for my cordless vac but it didn’t serve that purpose. It was larger ID than 1.25 and I first thought Amazon sent the wrong part so re-ordered it but same thing. It does have internal threads so possibly for coupling the hose by screwing it on? If your 1.25” vacuum hose is intact and you want a coupler connect two of them this is not it. Honestly with all the small portable wet and dry vacuums out there I would think a coupler would be a standard accessory but I have not found one yet!
