It's ok, but kind of difficult to swallow
It's okay, it's cheaper on Amazon than Ralphs. I switched to gummies because I can't swallow these as easily. A lot of the time I could feel it going down my throat even with plenty of water. ๐ซ Pills a bit on the larger side and shaped like a tablet. No taste as long as you don't let it dissolve in your mouth. I had a B12 deficiency and doc told me to take the lowest dose daily and this is what I could find at the time. Can't speak on its effectiveness as I hadn't had a another blood test yet.
