After trying a few cleaver i didnt had much expectation but did this one surprised me!Nice thick spine, good balance, good sharpness out of the box, smooth polished handle, blade didnt chip like others did( i use it to chop coconut, hard ones and soft ones) . Overall above expectation cleaver for the price. Now i am worried how will sharpen it when it gets dull lol

Been on the hunt for a good quality meat cleaver. This is perfect for steak nights and for chopping meat. Has lots of functionality. Is a bit heavy in weight but looks cool so it’s worth it for sure

This cleaver knife is very easy to use, sharp, attractive looking, and not too heavy on my older hands. I'm not a knife connoisseur by any means, but I wanted to purchase a good knife that could be used for multiple food prepping needs. I've used it to chop, slice, cut meat, vegetables, and to flatten garlic (several at a time) without any problem. The knife is so sharp that it will slice through bacon with ease. I'm very happy with this purchase .. I would like to say that I would purchase again, but I really think with proper care this cleaver will last me for the rest of my life.

This is thinner than I expected, and lighter. Not full tang, if that matters to you. I wanted a full force axe type of cleaver, and this isn't quite that. Still, the blade is sharp and works fine for lighter duty tasks. I recommend this cleaver for light to medium duty, knowing that it is not a heavy blade or full tang.

I was aggressivly chopping a coconut... Probably swinging it harder than any butcher knife could handle and slightly damaged edge. Customer service offered to replace the damaged clever. I love the clever build and craft. Heavy and somewhat durable. My girlfriend refuses to use any other knife

It makes cutting so much easier and pleasant! Absolutely love this product.

*Updating my review as of 3/7/25 and speaking with the Imarku customer service team who quickly sent me a replacement clever after recognize quality issues with he previous oneLike previously, it's razor sharp and a breeze to handle. I don't want to rsik chipping it again, so might look into a heavy duty clever to cut boned meat - Thank you, Imarku! *While I love this beautiful meat clever and the overall weight, balance and sharpness, it failed to perform the core task it was designed for which is cutting boned meat.After about two months of chopping boneless meat and vegetables, finally decided to cut a whole chicken into 12 pieces for chicken biryani today and the blade chipped in multiple places.Very disappointed and do no recommend if you're planning on cutting boned meat
