Its petroleum based. Using this on my baby for two months now.. its really good suits the baby’s delicate skin and helps with the rash prevention. Use it every time u change the diaper

My 2 month old son had eczema on his cheeks and doctors prescribed him to a steroid cream but i decided to give this a try first. we used this after bath time, wiping his face with cold pressed water and then applying. his skin has cleared up so much! i do recommend giving it a try
