These chairs are great for the price! They are nice and wide and comfortable to sit in! I also love they have a solid round base to not catch as much hair as my old chairs with legs.

This GORGEOUS chair is super comfortable and roomy!!! It was not difficult to put together and it is easier to raise my client without much effort. It easily swivels and it also comes with a plastic back seat cover and a Cape for my clients! Definitely a must buy and worth every penny!

I have 4 of these chairs, they are comfortable and fit my need. Heavy duty, would have giving it 5 stars but the arms are not heavy duty as the rest of the chair. Constantly tightening the arms up, that would be one thing the manufacturer should work on.

The media could not be loaded.  Brand new out of the box the pump leaked oil. Chair wobbled. See the video.Called customer service they made many excuses. I am posting their texts below. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.Here is their response:Thank you. The pump has been sitting in our cold warehouse and the lubricant simply needs to be dispersed. You can spray a lithium grease, or WD40 on it, and that will resolve it quickly. It also appears that the arm bolts need to be tightened. Please make sure all bolts underneath the chair are secure as well.Thank you. Our technician viewed your video and it appears the pump is defective which is causing the wobble and leaking. We can get a replacement pump shipped today or, if you prefer, you can return the chair for a refund.

This is an AMAZING chair!It's very comfortable & is rated for 400lbs. weight limit. Most chairs I looked at were rated between 250lbs - 300lbs. I have several customers who are 300+lbs & my last chair broke. It's super comfortable for all to sit in. The foot rest is easy for my customers to maneuver around fir all Mt customers both old & young! Very Happy with my new chair!

I purchased 3 chairs to replace the ones I had just only purchased.The previous ones were horrible. The armrest cracked with a large client and another one started leaking hydraulic fluid and creaking.These chairs are AMAZING!Plenty of room on the seat great back support. So comfortable I want to kick my clients out so I can sit down.The price was so worth it.The only thing is assembly. The little tools they provide just don't cut!

the chair is great for my lager clients , but it had a bad arm from the get go . i tried to fix it many times but no luck . it sways 2 inches both ways so it is not to great for my people that need to depend on it to get out of the chair

This is a very nice chair. The size is really nice, because everyone can feel comfortable no matter their size. The foot pump isn't what I'm used to, but hopefully it'll get easier to use or for me to get used to it soon. The arms do seem to stay loose, so you have to tighten them up quite often. Often enough that I keep the Allan wrench in the top drawer of my station.
