What is the cfm on this vacuum?

That's a question for the manufacturer.... Have ni idea. But, if you're trying to determine suction, it is very good and has a higher AMP motor than most vacs.

Is a dust cup filter included?

I believe the filter is on the side? I don't see anything in the actual dust cup. It's a great vacuum!!

Why is this listed as a bagged vacuum if it is not?

I couldn't tell you, because it doesn't use a bag. I can tell you after 40 years of using all different types of vacuums this is by far the best
