Crua Duo Camping Tent Lightweight & Waterproof Outdoor Gear for Hiking and Backpacking - Easy to Set Up

Family of 5 with 2 teenagers and a dog. The Core alone is enough room for a weekend, but for longer stays adding this bedroom really helps keep the Core clear for changing and moving around. We set this up a day before the return window closed and realized we had accidentally received a Duo instead of a Maxx. We were on a 6 week trip and could not send it back in time. Thankfully Crua offered an exchange even though we were way past the return window. We also have a Culla Maxx that we can now use with this Duo Maxx instead of placing it inside the Core. The Duo fit our REI Kingdom queen air mattress snugly, the Maxx has just enough extra room to fit our 7 yr old too. All of our Crua tents seem well made and have had no leaks during thunderstorms. We purchased our first Crua tent, a Core, shortly after our Coleman Tenaya Lake tent flooded during a storm.

I have not used it camping yet. But I did set it up and it's a lot bigger on the inside than it looks and only weighs 5.5lbs (for a 4 season tent). I'll update once used.

Slept in the tent two days. Very impressive construction and features. This tent can be set up easily one person in high winds on the beach.

My husband researched new tent and chose this one. Setting it up in our yard to prepare for our camping adventure in the redwoods, the tent pole broke. After speaking to customer service, they assured us it would be replaced before our trip. My husband said we would pay for express mail to assure its arrival. He was told that would not be necessary. The replacement pole never arrived. Because of the lack of responsibility and caring, I returned the tent.
