My new go-to frosting!
I really loved this frosting! Less caloric and guilt ridden than buttercream frosting, but very tasty and satisfying!Some reviewers said to heat it quick before frosting your cake, but I found it creamy right out of the container.No artificial taste, which is great! I'd purchase again!

Not a typical frosting texture but tasty if you work with it
And trying to find a healthier frosting option I came across this and forgot to use it. Fast-forward two months later when I got into my sourdough bread era. I experimented with recipe and added a few liquid Stevia drops and a ton of cinnamon and then spread this on top of a slice of toasted bread instead of butter. So delicious my family crushed the whole loaf. Not recommended for a normal frosting. It’s not very spreadable unless warm and taste pretty coconut but in a natural way. I loved it, but not for everyone.

Nice frosting for people with food sensitivities
I had to get very specific icing that my mother could eat without getting sick for her birthday cake. This worked great! It reminded us a bit of the filling in an oreo. I used food coloring to color it and it held the color well and was easy to use to make decorations in my piping bags. This included more than enough frosting to fully layer, coat, and decorate the cake.

Two of my kids have allergies and this is my favorite frosting for them because they are dairy free and gluten. For coconut frosting it has great texture. It’s more affordable than most allergy friendly brands without compromising ingredients making it good quality. Also takes dye free food coloring well

I didn't like the flavor.
product arrived on time. The can says to stir until creamy They were correct . Upon opening it looked like it had gone bad as color was slightly off and it looked more like oatmeal ,but after stirring it did turn creamy and looked like frosting. Ive been trying to find a replacement buttercream for the Wilton Buttercream mix since they changed their recipe. This is not it . Ive tried several other brands and this one tasted the worst of any of them . glad I tried it out before I used it on the birthday cake.
