Life Made Interlocking Oven Rack Guards, 9-Inch, Black, 4-Pack

I got the blue Interlocking Oven Rack Guards to stop burns when I reach in my oven. They are made of silicon and a pretty blue color that looks nice in my oven. They work well for preventing burned arms. You still need mitts to pull out the oven rack or you will burn your hands. My only complaint is that when I take a pan or a baking sheet out I sometime bump them and they start to pull off a bit.Overall they do what they are meant to do and prevent burns and look nice in the oven.

I thought I ordered the red color but received the black. they went on ok and seem to so the job of not getting my arm burnt as you reach in. I would recommend them

These things are terrible. The best thing I can say about them is the the blue was a pretty blue. From the first time you use them, your heated oven smells slightly of burning rubber- and that's only at temps 350 and below. Once you get in the 400's, which is what they're rated for, s*** gets real. Take for example the constant burning smell, which wouldn't have been all that bad, if opening the oven hadn't let loose just enough smoke to make my smoke alarms go crazy for about 20 minutes, which is how long it took to get the house cleared of the stuff. I packaged them up for return, but it appears these are not eligible for return, even though they were purchased less than two weeks ago. I wouldn't buy. I'd just be more careful sticking your appendages into hot ovens.

Exactly what I was looking for, however, even though they fit, they are not flat. Doesn't fit around crossgrates, but is flexible enough to stay on.

Easy to install on rack and stops rack from being too hot. Still need pot holders but if you touch the rack it won't blister.

GOOD IDEA, YOU CUT TO SIZE. HELD UP WELL

These are exceptional in that they protect my hands and arms when I am cooking. In the past I have burned myself from reaching in and accidentally touching the racks of the oven. I also purchased two extra sets for my daughters.

My daughter was excited to see these at Christmas - they were a stocking stuffer gift for her.I should have ordered a set for myself too since I burned my hand on an oven rack cooking for my family over the holidays!Time or shop online.
