This comes nicely packed in its own box, nothing flashy but tidy and presentable. I got this for my husband, and he is pretty pleased with it so far. He said it feels good in the hand straight away, not too big or heavy, and easy enough to control. It’s quite compact, which actually helps when using it in more awkward spots. He’s even used it in the shower and said it feels secure to hold, no slipping about. It seems to do a good job on body hair. He hasn’t mentioned any pulling or irritation, and it leaves things feeling smooth enough without going too harsh on the skin. He did try it on his beard, and while it works fine for a quick tidy, he still prefers a razor if he wants that really clean finish. Battery life has been absolutely fine. He’s used it several times without needing to plug it in, and the little display showing how much charge is left is quite handy. Charging is straightforward with the USB cable, and it’s been easy enough to keep topped up. Swapping the attachments is simple, and it’s easy to rinse clean under the tap afterwards, which makes the whole thing pretty low effort. It’s the sort of thing he can just grab and use without thinking too much about it. For the price, it seems like a good buy and does exactly what he needs it to do.

Shaves well and the attachments are good. It is easy to assemble and to change the heads. Very light and comfortable to use and useful that it has a USB charger. The battery is holding its charge well so far.

This is a reasonably good product for the price. It is better for any of you body hair that may need to trimmed or cut, but is no substitution for a razor when it comes to your face. The trimmer is light, well built and does not cut or nick in any way, so that it a huge plus point. This allows you to shave with some freedom, without any fear that the blades are going to catch you somewhere. The battery life is also really good as it seems to hold charge even when used infrequently. It does leave some stubble, no matter what you are shaving, so if your aim is to be as smooth as a Dolphin, then this product is not for you. If your aim is for trimming and tidying then I would recommend. I would not recommend this product for facial hair unless (by design), you are looking for the five o'clock shadow persona.

Very easy to use, smooth shave, long lasting battery, and very comfortable in the skin. It lasts long as well. Highly recommended for those who avoid bumps after shaving

I bought it to use on my body. It just doesn't work for me at all. It hurts and it doesn’t remove the hair as it claims. I would avoid. Edit *** the company offered a full refund, which I highly appreciate, especially since I didn't ask for it. Bumped to 5* for customer service.

I bought this product for my son, who has autism. He uses it for his beard, armpits and groin area. He has never cut himself and shaves independently. This product is 100% safe, unlike classic razors - he ended up with nasty cuts. I would recommend it this product to anyone. I give it 10/10!

Don’t buy this - the tiny little brittle plastic bits that attached the motor to the shaving head broke off after about 2 weeks - rendering the whole thing useless - badly made plastic crap. Useless.

Not as expected. Build quality is good, but trimming is not up to the mark.
