Streetsoul Pet ID Personalized Stainless Steel Engraved Name Tag for Pet Dog, Cat ID Customized Dog Tag (2 INCHES Bone), 1 Label

I was hunting for a good quality tag for quite some time, after the one(aluminium with very poor quality ring), that I bought from a very well-known shop in Gurgaon was pawed out and chewed up. I stumbled across Streetsoul brand when I really liked a tag I saw on another pet. First and most important factor for me -very good quality. It is stainless steel, and thickness is about 2-3mm. The ring although may look big at first sight, is strong and doesn't bend easily. It looks attractive, the font is customisable and weight is ok given the quality and material. For me it is value for money, given the quality of it. Customer service is very good. I got an update on every step. Would definitely recommend and will definitely shop again.

First of all I want to mention that the seller is genuinely a great seller, just after I bought the product from amazon they promptly contacted me provided me with different font options to be engraved on front and the back of the tag, then they sent me a example of how it would look then after 1 day they sent me a video of the tag after the engraving process was done and it was beautiful. This shows the seller is trustworthy, giving out great quality product at a reasonable price so I would recommend pet-parents to go ahead and buy their products. I am one happy customer 😇. Also make sure that if you want to write more stuff on the tag you'd have to buy larger size. After the engraving is done the product is delivered within 2-3 days so pretty fast delivery. First, I would like to mention is their customer service. Just incredible.💯 We just need to communicate them and share the details for one time, then rest they will take care. We don’t need to go back of them or message them continuously about the progress. They will share the progress constantly to us. Now, coming to the product - it’s just beautiful. I got a copper round small name tag for my dog. I shared my suggestions to them on how I want the name tag to be and they have done their job perfectly. My dog loved the name tag. She don’t feel any uncomfortable wearing it. I’m really impressed with the customer service and the product. I really appreciate the hard work and efforts they invest in it. It was great shopping with them. Looking forward to shop with them again.😊

The product is well made and sturdy. The sellers were very helpful during the customisation process, patiently answering queries as well as taking edit requests. They sent drafts, pictures and videos all through till the product was dispatched. However, my cats are used to a slightly smaller and lighter tag so it appears to be a bit heavy for them. I would love to have this product in a size smaller by a few milimeters in diameter, and also if it came in other interesting shapes like a heart it would be great. Also the ring provided with the tag is too heavy and big for cats. Its perfect for dogs, so may be a smaller ring can be provided when the product is being customised for a cat. I had smaller rings from previous tags that I have used, so replaced the ones provided with the old ones that I had.

Earlier in 2019, I had purchased a tag for my cat and now when I needed one for my dog I didn’t give a 2nd thought. I searched my previous order, went to the product and ordered it. And I am supper happy. The quality, the finish, their behaviour, and the super fast delivery everything is still the same even after 4 years. I wish you guys all the best. I have ordered this for my 17months old labrador. First thing that I would appreciate is the excellent customer service they are providing till the product is shipped. The ID's quality is up to the mark. But giving 4 star because the Ring which comes as an attachment to the ID and the bigger ring is of no use to hyper active dogs which does lot of jumping and all sort of naughty things like mine. Though the seller has provided a spare smaller attachment ring, both were of no use. I almost lost the ID, as it got detached from the ring while I was taking my doggo for a walk. If your dog is a calm person and doesn't jump much and doesn't involve in dog fight a lot, then you can go for this product. Otherwise there is a chance of loosing the ID in those situations You can see the smaller ring in the pictures provided And after seeing this review the seller has contacted me with a resolution to the issue, which I guess none of the seller's does anywhere. He sent me a stronger small ring within a couple of days at free of cost. Kudos StreetSoul....Keep up the good work. You guys definitely know how to sustain your customer base!!!

I am quite impressed with the quality of this product. Very neatly done. Very professional and prompt communication about the customization. Totally worth the purchase. Highly recommend.

I like the tag, in combination with the chain collar it makes a nice clinking sound which lets me know where my dogs are in the house! It has a shiny finish but it’s only going to be clean so long with dogs. However on washing, it gets clean pretty easy. The seller is very accepting of your requests and accommodates then well. All in all it was an easy purchase from start to the end. I am using it in combination with this collar (Petlicious & More Chrome Stainless Steel 3 Layer Dog Choke Chain -24 Inch Collar (Steel) https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07QSQ8L4M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_NBVUfdFTZQ5xL) It’s a heavy weight collar and has a very nice shiny chrome finish. Looks great on my dog. Only for big dogs though as it is heavy.
