This product was awful! My granddaughter could not get it to work at all. How do I return this item?

Good enough for kids 6-9 years old. One criticism is the 1st watch I received was defective. Amazon.com made a rapid follow up and replaced a new one for me.

My first review was good, but after having it for a very short time I’m changing my review on this watch. It stopped working out of the blue. I can return it, and nothing I do can fix it. I figured it would at least last 6 months to a year (really low balling it here)but nope. 2 months! A waste of money really. The phone quality was not great and calls would drop all the time. The screen it’s self would freeze up all the time, and would need to restart it just for it to freeze on us again and again.

Not kid friendly to set up but once setting are done good for 4 yrs kids to use.

This watch requires a SIM card to function but there are no instructions as to how to insert the card into the watch. I have tried to find a video online but they are for other brands where you simply insert the card into a slot on the side of the watch.

It was so much hassle to get it connected to my phone. I wish that had been more clear on how to do that
