We purchased this at the same time we purchased the shampoo with the same basic ingredients. My rat terrier had horrific problems with yeasty skin that itched. We bathed her daily for about a week with the shampoo. And used this spray before bedding her down at night. About a week later we began spacing the baths out to twice a week. All along this was working very well. About 3 weeks in we still use this at night and bathe her about once every two weeks. It has completely controlled the itching and paw licking.

My dog has bad allergies and starts to itch really bad every summer to the point he has a bald patch on his back and bleeds. I’ve been using this spray since last summer and it does wonders! Soothes the area, i’m assuming makes it less itchy for him and after a couple weeks of consistency his irritation/bald spots are completely gone! I will say the sound of the spray bottle scares him or he just runs at the sight of me pulling out the bottle, either way if that’s an issue for you, i recommend spraying it on a paper towel and dabbing it on the area, works just as good.

Best stuff I've ever found! This keeps my dog's paws healthy. He doesn't itch from his allergies on his paws if I use this once daily. A year ago the vet was at a loss as to what to do for my little guy. His paws were red and swollen and he wasn't responding to any of the meds they gave him. I noticed some of the ingredients in this were the same as some of the meds I use for my skin issues so I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. A year or so later and my dog's paws have never been better.

It works well for awhile and then my dog is back to licking at her sides after a few hours pass. It needs to be reapplied sooner than expected but does work. It has a pleasant smell too.

Vetnique Dermabliss Chlorhexidine Spray has worked great for my dog’s skin irritation. It was easy to apply, didn't sting, and helped soothe itching and redness within a few days. I also appreciate that it's alcohol-free and has both antibacterial and antifungal properties. A great product to keep on hand for hot spots and minor skin issues.
