Great powder - no capsules !!
All aspects of order, delivery and product were good, thank you. I've been taking L-Tryosine in a capsule for a few years so from an efficacy point of view, I haven't really noticed a difference. That's probably good as the powder works very well. I put it in my smoothie in the morning and sometimes have a second dose with a drink in the afternoon. Will buy again as I prefer to avoid capsules if possible and keep my health regime as clean as possible. Good job. I will also be looking at your brand to see if there are any products that I can buy. Oh, and BTW, I love that you're a British company.

Helped initially
I have been using this to try and get my motivation for tasks going, while i wait to be assessed for adhd. At first i thought it was helping, however i am now starting to think it may have been a bit of a placebo. The first few weeks using it was good, i actialy got a lot done but its not having the same effect now

No scoop!
Just like some other reviews on here, mine came without a scoop. My kitchen scales are not sensitive enough to weigh out such a tiny amount either. Can this get sorted please?

Nothing to dislike!
Forget pills and capsules, powder works best and it's more effective and efficient. I use this three times a day and it does what it promises. Nothing to dislike! 😊👌👍🤗 Update. Upped my daily dose to two grams in the morning and one gram late afternoon and it works well for me. Not every day but sometimes every day for about three days before switching to mushroom based Nootropic. UPDATE! Just bought more. I don't know why this product isn't more popular, it's cheap, effective and it goes such a long way too. As part of anyone's morning routine, at this price it's practically theft to purchase which is something I aim to do again and again.

Get the dosage right for results
Day 1 I took two scoops .. and got headaches Day 2 I took one scoop... and got headaches Day 3 I took 1/2 scoop ... I feel fantastic !!! All the days following 1/2 scoop ... still fantastic ! Play with the dosage. Made me feel happy! (I bought it to help my ocd it didn’t help with that but it did make me feel happy )
