Only been taking for a week. Man this thing does wonders. Already jacked up. Easy to dissolve and no clumping. However, when I opened it I couldn’t find the 5g cup which I usually find inside. I thought maybe it will be at the bottom. When I used spoon to look for the scoop I couldn’t find it. So maybe the 5g scoop is missing. Maybe I will find it when the level goes down. Who knows.

I ordered my item on a Friday and got the product Wednesday the next week (I am based in Airdrie, Alberta Canada). I did not go to a loading phase, but rather I took a serving of the product every day, usually mixed along with my post-workout protein shake right after my work out. On my off days, I take a serving mixed in warm water; it does not dissolve easily when using room temperature water. I make sure to drink lots of water since I started taking creatine. As of this writing, this will be the start of my fifth week taking creatine. I am not sure if it's a placebo effect, but on this day I find that I have more energy during my workout. I also find that I can add a rep or two to my regular sets. I also feel stronger with each exercise and find myself having energy in store at the latter stages. For whatever reason, I don't feel as tired as the weeks past. One effect that I noticed right away though was during the second to third week of taking creatine and regularly working out, my muscles felt a bit fuller, which was noticed by my family and friends. This might be that water retention effect that I have been reading about. I also gained a couple of pounds right away and I believe that is from the water retention as well.
